The delivery time for products varies depending on the zip code and the payment method chosen. To calculate the product delivery time, simply enter your zip code in the field available. After entering your zip code, click on calculate. The delivery deadline and value will then be displayed. ​ The deadline for delivery of the order will be considered once approved by the financial institution and our store, after validation of the registration data. ​ Due to the dimensions and weight of the goods sold, Metadil does not use the services of the Post Office. The carrier hired by Metadil makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, except on holidays strictly during business hours (9:00 to 18:00). ​ The carrier does not schedule a specific delivery date or time at the customer's request. It is recommended to follow the tracking to find out the order's delivery date. It is essential that there is a person of legal age present or, in the case of a building, a doorman authorized to receive the material at the designated delivery location, otherwise the carrier will charge a re-presentation fee of 50% of the shipping cost to be paid by the customer. . ​ When receiving your order, check that the packaging is in perfect condition and that the invoice is in your name. If the invoice is not in your name, or the box is damaged, refuse delivery at the same time and contact the Metadil team.
