What is the delivery time?

Delivery time will depend on some important factors: the model, color, finish and size of the product you choose. To obtain this information quickly, simply select the model of the desired product, personalize it and enter the zip code in the “DELIVERY TIME” field. The deadline displayed already includes the time required to produce your product, as well as the shipping period to your address. This way, you will have an accurate estimate of the time it will take to receive your order.
Is the product delivered assembled?

To check the availability of Delivery with Assembly in your region, simply enter the delivery zip code in the “DELIVERY TIME” field. The available options will be displayed below, allowing you to choose delivery with assembly included, if available in your zip code.
Can I use more than one discount coupon?

Discount coupons are not cumulative, which means that only one coupon can be applied per purchase. However, when choosing to pay by bank slip or pix, you can obtain an additional 5% discount on your purchase.
What is the Metadil warranty period?

Warranty period: Lifetime: Ceramic Surfaces 05 years: Metal structures, plastic parts and components, woody parts and components. 03 years: Pistons, mechanisms and bases. 01 year: Fabric coverings and finishes, casters, foams, hinges, slides and chrome items.
